Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft caught shoplifting - what should I expect in court?

I got caught shoplifting $45 worth of merchandise. This is my first offense, I have a clean record, I'm only 18. I've never been to court, and honestly I am scared to death. What should I expect in court? What sort of punishment should I expect? What are my options?
