i was caught shoplifting and there was a cop called who gave me a citation. i am going to court next month. what i stole was stupid and i don't know why i did it, it was $27 and i was wandering a few things what will happen in court? my family plan on moving out of the state in December and i was wandering if i would be able to? please help i am so scared of what will happen. this is my first offense and i am 23 if that helps with answers
