So about 3 years ago i was arrested for assult. I had just turned 18 and the girl was 17.
The inncedent happened at my family home. A girl, Paige was round with her mum seeing my mum started slagging me off. I ended up throwing water round her. She then attacked me, pulling my hair and hitting me. I got her hand off me and left the room. My gran called the police and they all lied in their statements saying i backed her into a corner and assultedd her, they were all in the same room giving statements s they all matched
Police found me on the roof very upset and took me to the station for questioning.
Once there the woman who arrested me went through thevprocess about my rights and offered me a lawyer. Howeer she adviswd me not to get one since it wasent going to court and id habe to spend the night in jail. She told me the caution would be best for me and it would not affect my job prospects so i signed it.

Now I learn that I can't get into childcare because of it. I confronted my family on te phone. I put it on loudspeaker and my fiance recorded it. My gran admited they all backed up paige and that paige lied. Can i use the phonecall as evidence. i told her after she was being recorded. There were also 3 wittnesses to the phone call ad i have texts from my mum saying paige assulted me first.
All that along with the fact i was tricked into signing wjen i was under duress, is this enough t appeal and get my life bac on track?
