Hello,
I have a question regarding CC&R intrepretation. The CC&R states that RVs are prohibited vehicles. If parked in the street or driveway, it must be for temporary loading and unloading. RVs can be parked in the garage and stored if the garage is keep closed. There is nothing in the CC&R that mentions anything about the backyard either prohibiting or allowing RVs to be parked. Our homeowner association intreprets this as meaning RVs are not allowed in the backyard for storage. I on the otherhand wonder if there is no mention prohibiting it; I would assume it is acceptable if behind a gate. Can anyone help me in this intrepretation? By the way if it matters, I live in an unincorporated section of Corona, California.
Thank your help if advance!
