I put one of my friends on my 3 year plan cell phone bill it's under her name but the cellphone company has my visa and sense the first bill she never paid because of her her half never got paid and the cell company is making me pay the bill of over $2700 and $1500 of it is hers.
She is on welfare and doesn't want to start working cause she doesn't like to be boss around.
I want to know if even though she is on welfare if i can still sue her for the money that she owes me for that cell bill
