I bought a certified pre owned bmw from a bmw dealer in houston. The car had an engine malfunction light after the 1st 4 months. Took in for service, to find out the dealer never did any intial services or execute on the CPO checklist. So the car needed many parts replaced, fluids changed, and recalls performed. With that said, the sales people initially told us all the fluids are immediately changed when the car came in; "part of the CPO approval process". The sales team also reset all the service monitors on the car's computer, to show fluids were recently changed. Certainly a false representation of service.
