If the company I work for changes my job discription and hours from days to nights. And I am unable to work nights. Am I fired or have I quit and can I draw unemployment?

If your hours are changed, and you refuse to work those hours; I suppose you will be terminated with extreme prejudice.

If that happens, can you collect unemployment?

Unemployment Insurance officials will not consider that a good reason for quitting or being fired.

You will, therefore, not receive unemployment compensation.

But, you are free to apply.

You never know, stranger things have happened.

And, God makes miracles everyday.

But, that's the only way you'll get unemployment, if God intervenes on your behalf!!!
