My jurisdiction is: TX
Hello - there is a cartoon coming soon to the CW that has a character that resembles one of my own creations. The similarities include overall shape, gloves, boots, and color. In fact, most of the characters share the basic design as my character. What's different about their robot is that it turns into a ball and is slightly more detailed than mine. I would like to know if I should bother doing anything about the matter? I am concerned that once my cartoons come online that this animation company might think I'm copying them and will want to take action against me.
