Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Charged with possession of marijuana and paraphnelia. (previous 90-96)

Ok so I am currently on the NC 90-96 program due to a previous charge of the same thing. The 90-96 is a program for first time offenders and it is set up so after a year, the charge would be taken off my record. Here is more information.

Since i have violated the terms, I was wondering if anyone who has been through this or just know could tell me what was going to happen. I gave them consent to search, as there was no denying the fact. Also, should i get a lawyer?

ANY advice is very much appreciated.

Get a lawyer.

Since you don't want to be on probation/parole, jail is the only alternative.

Unless you're on probation or parol, you never EVER consent to a search.

From the info you provided, that won't be expunged anytime soon.
