Okay I was charged with switching tags at a local store & I just wanted to know when I appear in court is it possible I will be arrested? This is my first EVER charge & I just want to know what will occur when I attend court.

You go to court plead not guilty and hire an Attorney or request public defender. When you meet this lawyer ask about your defense and plea options. Be sure to ask about ACD or Diversion as well
