Check Fraud

I issued a check for $30 only but I was surprised to know that they (person whom i paid the check) changed the amount to $630 by adding the word and number six to my issued check when they deposited it.It was so obvious that it has been done intentionally.what do I have to do next?pls help...

First of all call the police.

Second, call your bank and file a dispute.

my bank know it already,they're going to investigate on it and my money will be returned.i'm after the person who did it to me..I felt violated.
