My fiance was in prison for four years and during that time was coerced in signing his rights away of his three children who have been adopted by the same women. He is out now and would like to see his kids. Is there a way for him to get visitations or any rights now?

Something doesn't add up here.

Mom cannot adopt her own children. So what exactly did Dad sign? Custodial rights?

No the mother signed her rights over a year earlier. They were staying with a foster parent who ended up adopting all three of them.

If the children have been adopted, your boyfriend no longer has children.

He has no rights or obligations.
