I have 3 kid witch I have visitations every other week Friday to Mondays. Well my oldest son witch is 14 going to be 15 next month want to live with me full time and refuses to goto his mothers what can I do so he can stay with me tell a court date is set any help would be great thanks

He doesn't GET to refuse. You're the parent here - not him. Send him back to Mom's per the court order.
