An incident occured in which my daughter the 4 yr old came forward to her fathers niece about am ex boyfriend of mine touching her onappropriatley. The father then settled emergent temporary custody of*them...it turns or he was a level 2 sex offender and dcf had said on titer report that i neglected my children by allowing him in my home weather or not i knew he was a sex offender because it put them in a dangerous situation. He has had temporary custody of them since December. I need advice IBM what to do because he just good onto court and makes everything way worse for me by lying his add off about things to maker himself look like a good person and her too be a lying piece of shit mom

Well, you did put the children at risk. It was your job to check into who you're dating - Dad was absolutely right to file for emergency custody.

I understand that...the person was an old childhood friend who i thought i could trust and imensley regret ever speaking too him again...needles to say he is in jail for a long time for another sexual offense he has committed and will nit be anywhere near my children or myself ever again. The information I'm looking for is what can i do too have MRI children returned home to me

You need an attorney. Dad was given custody due to bad decisions on your part; they've been with him for four months now. Why is it in their best interests (not yours or Dad's) to switch over again?

Are you still working with DCF? What's THEIR plan?
