I spent nearly two years working (rotational work) in Russia and during my last hitch, (possibly) fathered a child. However it was not until I was back home for 5 months that I found out. I'm mostly certain that she is mine, but there is still doubt so I would like to have a paternity test done. This request has only made her mad, but anyway - I would like to know the legal issues (child support, visitation, etc) that exist between the USA and Russia. If the child is truely mine, I have no problem with paying support, but I'd like to be better informed of the law. Can anyone help?
