I have two young children with my ex, he earns well over a thousand dollars a month but only reports getting payed 200.00 biweekly, as he's getting payed "under the table". His child support payment is non-existent what can I do?

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do unless you can prove that he makes more than his W-2 shows.

Are you saying that child support is based on an income of $400 per month? That's not even minimum wage. Unless he has deductions for health insurance and child support orders for other children, then you should be able to have an income imputed based on minimum wage.

I agree you can ask for child support be based on minimum wage but beyond that, if he is working under the table you cannot prove it, or exactly how much he makes.

google your state child support guidelines to see what wage he should be calculated at.
