child support fraud

my children were placed in foster care. they are still in school but no longer live with the foster parents.
the foster parents still get the chlild support that I pay. i want to pay and have sence day one but is it legal for her to keep that from my children.

Wher are the kids and who are they living with? Have you called the case worker?

no i havent called a case worker one of my kids is afraid that if i do any thing they will she will be forced to move back my son is 18 still in school but dont have to worry about going back.

the foster parents and that family are my x's they have talked bad about me all these years. I had a protection order on my ex husband and my son was told that he couldnt be around me either. the order is only good for i think five years anyway.
plus they emotionally abused the children. I wish i could do something about that too. Ive looked at defamation laws but have no idea how to get something like that done.
all of this has broken my heart and im sure its hurt my children.
there is so much that i want to say to them but these people have made them afraid for no reason.
