Please refer to my previous question first before this one to get all the facts. I had another thought, will the court stop child support for my daughter because she is 18 and dropped out of college? She graduated high school in June and started her first semester in September. She dropped out because she said she just was'nt ready and wanted time to explore other options first. Like I said prior, she is not working as of yet and I m supporting her. I would appreciate any help you can give me to this question and the one just previous to this. I can not afford a lawyer and we are due in court in about a week because her father is trying to modify our agreement because she left my home for 27 days. but is now living back with me. Thank you.
