Child Support Question

My husbands ex went and filed for government assistance and the state made her file for child support. We have split 50/50 custody without a primary parental guardian. She falsly filed the papers that she was sole provider of the child, when we basically pay all of the childs expenses including daycare. Is there anything we can do against her for falsly filing these papers? Isn't there some sort of law against falsly filing government documents?
