Child Support

Since my wife is disabled, receives $1034 a month through social security, and i am unemployed, and our children want to live with me, will she have to pay child support? she gets $470 a month for the children, will i be entitled to this $470 a month for the child support.

Perhaps, if you want custody you have to ask for it but the children wanting to live with you may be meaningless, unless they are teenagers. You being unemployed though will not help. If mom gets custody you will have to pay child support. I hope this is just not about support. See if you and mom can agree on joint.
