Child visitation while divorce is going

Wife filed for divorce and now its stalled. have one child who we have for 6 9 months now always split between us as far as time goes and its always favored her. also split days, like two days on and two days off split up. Id like to change it to favor me now and my daughter now. she wont budge can i do anything about it while this divorce is stalled?

Please re-write your post so that we can FULLY understand your intent/meaning. I would like to know why you think it would be in your child's best interest to "change" the statue quo.
