My husband and I are currently wanting custody of his son. We both work full time and have a home with his own bed room and everything. My husbands sons mother has no job 3 children by 3 different men lives with her parents and her boyfriend which isn't any of the childrens father. She lives off of childsupport which my husband pays every week. We can support him better than her and Im wanting to know what are the odds of us getting him. We have docmunation of us having him even when its not visitation for days on in. We pay for his schooling and buy him his cloths.

Is there a court ordered custody/visitation agreement? You would have to go to court to get it changed. I think it is very, very doubtful your husband would get full custody.

You can hold & see if you get other opinions.

The child has a roof over its head, clothes on its back and food in its belly. The legal standards are met. You have not indicated a change in circumstances.

Hmmm.

Perhaps if Dad paid more child support Mom would be able to provide for her child?

The bottom line is that her love life is absolutely none of Dad's, and certainly none of your, business.

As disagreeable said, there is no CoC here.

And even worse for Dad? He's working full time. Mom is a stay-at-home parent; she is absolutely the primary caregiver.
