Long story short. Have a 2 yr contract with Cingular and service is absolutely horrible and getting worse. They want $175 to get out of the contract when they have not held up their end with providing adequate service. Everywhere I go I receive no signal or one bar max. Also drop numerous calls periodically. It has had a very negative impact on my life missing important calls etc. Is there anything that I can do? It angers me to have to pay to end a contract where the supplier has not provided proper service.
