The court has most likely issued a failure to appear warrant for her.
She now has to address the FTA, insurance, and license charge.
She should contact the court in the county where she was cited.
She should explain her troubles, and ask how much it will cost to set right.
They will tell her how much she owes.
She can then send a check for the amounts owed.
You might try the internet, as sometimes you can do this online.
If they say she owes $500, she can even make payment arrangements.
She has to be REAL NICE and polite.
Sometimes, these things can only be cleared ONLY by an in person appearance.
That is rare.
But, if that is required, and she doesn't want to do jail time; she should find out how much she owes before she goes.
If she brings every penny when she appears (if required), she'll avoid jail time, USUALLY!!!
Some judges issue bench warrants that are only addressed by appearing.
So, she needs to ask and she will be told.
