My jurisdiction is: Dallas, Texas

I have just received a notice that a 'possible' warrant may be issued for an outstanding ticket issued in 2001. The plate belongs to a Saturn. I never owned or drove a Saturn. What legal options do I have?

Perhaps this is only a clerical problem. Have you inquired about the warrant yet? Doing nothing until you are pulled over by the police is not a good idea. Is there no phone # on the notice? Followup and see if you can get the situation rectified.
