Citizenship decision

Hi I had $155.25 charges and went to my citizenship interview that was already scheduled with open case and the officer told me to bring the disposition certificate and he will process my naturalization. I am going to get the disposition certificate in time but can I go there in person and hand it over to the officer as I need to process this fast as my mom in India is quiet serious and I won't to be there with her. Also can anybody guide how can I expedite my oath ceremony as I really need to be there. Thanks!
