I purchased an old house and put extensive work into it only to come back in 2 weeks to see nothing. I saw no notice attatched to the door at any time. I have
some one looking to see if it was advertised in the paper that it was scheduled to be torn down. Has any one had this experience? I know there is a set of rules that the city has to go by, but I thought that one of them was to attatch a notice to the door. Plus the fact that it had a new roof and paint should have told them that it wasn't abandoned. I would like to sue them if I have grounds, can anyone help?
