Being sued in a Civil Action by old credit card account.
I've filed and answer in District Court, also requested discovery documentation. I've received a response
from their lawyer for more discovery documentation. I don't know how to proceed from here. Should I send it back to them denying everything or ???

Won't that be used against me especially since they denied discovery request from me in a court filed answer?

You can't deny discovery. Give them what they asked for.
You can certainly object to discovery, especially if it is overbroad. What is being asked? I will remind you of this - if you have no defense and this is just a stall tactic, you'll be paying a whole lot more in the end for the cost in time and effort to just render a decision that everyone knows is the only proper and just decision. I say this because many here claim all sorts of rights with regard to credit loans, etc. and most just have fallen under harder times and can't pay, which is not a valid defense. Good luck.

PS - yes, anything you provide can be used against you in court but you need a good reason to object to providing something requested pursuant to a valid discovery motion.
