Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft civil demand did i get a criminal record?

hi i just want to ask a few question that . three days ago i caught in a shoplifting in a canadian store. they didn't call the police they took my picture and my phone no copy my photo id, after that they ban me for one year. and signed me on that paper and they charge me a fine and the security man told me that fine could be a 200to 300$.
my question is that now, how long i get that civil demand letter? after paying tht fine will i free from shop lifting charges. or did i get a record?
please answer my questions its first time happens with me. i will be very appreciate if u answer my questions.

i have one more question, please answer me for that question.
1, I m going to apply for my canadian citizenship ,there are some questions like have u been convicted of an offence, or charged with an indictable offence? and i have to answer for that in yes or no.. so what should i mark now . NO or YES
please answer me for this question. i m so worried.
 
i have one question, if in the future i will apply for job and they will check my background is this shoplifting is appear on my background.
