Hi, i would like to thank you for taking time out of your day to help people out in stressfull situations such like my own. I recently got in trouble at a retail store and was taken to the back of the store with the LP people. I signed a sheet saying that i would not tresspass on their property for a year, but they said i could call the LP office and probably get that lowered. They took my information, address, name, social security number, and some other bits of info. I was pretty nervous at this point, but the guys in the back told me that they were not going to bring a police officer, since my total amount was 4.98$. They gave me a sheet of paper and the top of it states, "Our company elects to pursue our rights and remedies avalible to us by civil law, here is a copy of the statue. This action is separate from any criminal proceedings that the local authorities may file against you". Does that mean that if the police were called in that i could have criminal proceedings. Thanks again for your help and god bless
