civil demand?

I stole a 9$ flower from (deleted), a man followed me out I gave him the back flower, but he told me to come with him. I went into a small room and he told me he would not call the cops. or band me from the store but I have to pay a civil demand for 75$. I didn't have my id on me so he asked me to show him my facebook/ I don't have the money to pay it right now, if I don't pay will they take me to court or press chargers? p.s Im 18 and have no criminal record what so ever.

If you pay the civil demand, that should be the end of it. If you don't, they "might" press charges.

It might be very hard to prosecute you, as the agent doesn't really know who you are. He was shown, according to yoru account of things, a FaceBook page. I don't think the police would pursue the case over a $9.00 piece of junk without a positive ID. Just guessing mind you, but if you're smart, you'll stay out of that store for at least the next five years!
