I greatly appreciate all the information that I have been given. I sued the other party involved, he in turn countersued, then requested a civil jury trial.
I would have an attorney but cannot afford one. My suit was to recoup monies in the first place, so there is no out of pocket money to spare. I will trust that my understanding of the english and latin verbage used litigation holds well with me. I am not trying to be an attorney but just have to make the best of my knowledge and absorbtion of knowledge of other persons at this time. I hope that all will wish me well. I am dealing with a man that also carried a gun on the property on which we lived. There is a fear factor involved. So I am going to keep my head up and be aware of any information thas has been given me.
