Would really appreciate some clarification of this sentence of MN Statute 260B.130
subd.5 (2)"The ongoing jurisdiction for any adult sanction, other than commitment to the commissioner of corrections, is with the adult court."
Thanks for your help.

My interpretation: It means that the juvenile status of the offender is revoked, as well as the stay of any adult sentence previously imposed. If there are any subsequent hearings, they will be in adult court. Otherwise, he goes to prison, i.e. "commitment to the commissioner of corrections".

I under stand that under EJJ status if the courts revokes EJJ status your adult sentence is executed i guess to be a bit more clear is it only your adult sentence that is imposed onto you or is it that adult conditions are then imposed after completion of your sentence. There is no new charges other then the ones brought in juvenile court ,Adjudicated juvenile records are then sealed but it is still a juvenile charge with an adult sentence , Is the juvenile charge and conviction honored or is all charges and convictions then turned to adult charges and convictions So in specific under this sentence alone.
