Professional Malpractice Client sueing Company

Can a client sue a bookkeeping company for fees that they have occured by another bookkeeping company to fix errors made by the previous company.
 
If you're asking, if you can bring suit against CPA1, because you had to hire CPA2 to fix what CPA1 screwed up, yes. However, you'll be limited to your state's small claims maximum. If your damages are substantial you might wish to consult a local attorney.

If it cost you $2,000, $3,000; small claims (self help) might be your easiest forum.

No neither has a designation. The cost is higher

I wasn't referring to a designation, which if I recall correctly, isn't CPA in Canada; but Chartered Account.

I simply used enters to represent one, as opposed to the other.

At any rate, the principals the same.

If a large amount of money is involved, consult a barrister. You've been clipped once, don't aid and abet your fleecing.
