Co-Executor delema

:yes: or :no: Two homes in an Estate. Home (A) is willed to one of two Co-Executors, Home (B) to the other. Executor (A), in possesion of Home (A) wishes to sell. Estate is still open in Probate Court. Does Executor (A) need the permission and signature of Executor (B) to make the sale? Can Home (A) even be sold?
 
If probate has begun, you require the approval of the probate judge before selling real or personal property.


Why?


The greedy gubmint wants their cut of your largesse.
