Co Signed Daughter Car Loan

I co-signed for a car loan for my daughter two years ago. I was just contacted that she is delinquent for the past two months, and they want the $$ from me.
She can not afford this car any longer, and I do not want it. nor can afford to make the payments. What can I do to avoid my credit being harmed, and not have to pay. I would gladly let them repossess the car.:

You cannot do anything if you cannot make the payments. That is what they want. Failure to make payments will result in a repo and both your credit will be trashed.
