co-signer

my daughter move off campus and rented a apartment. I co-signed for her for the first year and she decided to re-new for another year, however she moved and now the are saying they will evict her. The notice they are sending is for both her and I threating to take us both to court. My question is am i still responsible for her re-new lease even though i did not sign the second time for her to re-new it.

This is a good question. However, you need to look at the lease, especially if it says there is a renewal option for which you may have already consented.
