Hi,

We have been living in our apartment for 2 months now and the lady below us had a cockroach infestation so I started looking through my cabnits and found evidence that our apartment used to also because there are a couple dead ones stuck on the back wall along with alot of the roach crap that's in the corners and everything. Does this give us grounds to brake our lease and move ASAP? And would we be able to do it without paying for braking our lease and also get our money back?

No it does not. Even if you had roaches (which it appears you do not) you are to notify landlord to deal with problem or tak action yourself. Its almost a given if you live in an apartment and your neight has roaches they will fine their way to your apartment unless precautions taken
