as a consumer when you go to a store and theres a item on the shelf with a price over top of it. and you tell them you want one of them at that price . thay tell you its the wrong price dont thay have to sale you one for that price anyway. and if theres others there looking to dont every one there that wanted one able to buy that item for what it was priced
 
That ma or may not hold water. It kind of depends. Remember, there could have been some kid that yanked a price sticker from another item and placed it on this one.

Technically, displaying goods at a price is called an "offer to treat". Unless your jurisdiction has enacted specific legislation otherwise binding a store to its display price, the store is not bound by it unless and until the contract between you and it is completed. That occurs when you bring the goods to the register and they accept your payment. Otherwise, people (and stores) are allowed to make mistakes, and to correct them.
