collecting a judgement

I have been awarded a judgement for $5,000.00 + court costs. What would be the most efficiant way to collect?

Get an Information Subpoena

I take it you represented yourself? Go to the Civil Court Office at your court house and serve the individual with an information subpoena. It asks 12 - 17 questions. Does the person work, how much do they have in the bank, list banks, do they own a business ... etc and so forth. Send the individual this certified and regular mail and be sure tell them they have 14 days to respond or a warrent for arrest will be issued by the courts.

I can be more specific but get the information subpoena and go from there. I just won a judgement against someone for $4,500.00 but they were on disability I then tried to have their car, but then they filed for bankruptcy.
