Collecting a Judgment

I obtained a judgment for $1100 against someone in small claims after he failed to appear. After 30 days he failed to fill out the questionnaire with his financial/asset info and send it to me. It has now been more than six months. I have sent him 3 requests by certified mail and have gotten no response.
I now want to go back to court and seek a wage garnishment or see if I can just get it out of his bank... but if he fails to appear again, how do I get the info I need to collect? I've given plenty of time and done my part to ask nicely outside of court... now I need to know how to compel him to pay up if he continues to avoid contact and fail to appear in court.

Motion to compel discovery. Ask the judge to force him to provide information or to find him guilty of contempt. Good luck.

Ya well I figured as much... but I am anticipating that he will not comply and wont show up in court again.. and I am just wondering where that leaves me. I can motion all I want, but if he isn't there to provide the info... what else can I do?

Motion for contempt is the final thing. If the judge goes with that he puts the guy in jail until he does what he is suppose to do.
