Collecting Judgement

I won a 7,000.00 judgment against a "car dealer" last November. I have waited to see if he would pay and I see no effort on his part.

Army Judge, can you refer me to the people you use to collect? I am willing to pay 20-30% if I can get some of what I am owed.
