I prevailed in Portland, Oregon Small Claims Court against an LLC. To date I have not received monies owed and have sent certified mail a 10 day demand letter, which to date is being ignored. What can I do now to try to collect?
Thank you

You need to locate assets, if they are working, you can file a wage garnishment, if you know where they are banking you can file a non- wage garnishement

This is a furniture store, so an individual wasn't named in the suit...the company was the defendant. This wouldn't apply for garnishment or individual's assets would it?
Thank you

No, you need to see where they are banking so take them back to court so they can tell you there assets under oath---
I cant remember what the name is --- Order to show cause pops out, but call the court and let them know you need to have them come in under oath so you can collect on the judgment they should know what paper
it is.

You can have a subpoena duces teum issued and get all their business records, including bank acct info. Personally, I would just look at a copy of my canceled check to see where they bank (assuming you paid them something, and it was via check) and levy upon that account. You could also do a "till-tap"/"keeper".
