i have been gettting phone calls from a collection agency that i never heard of or had any dealing with for the past three months...after calling them and telling them to take my name off the list and after having to listen to their arrogant attitude, the calls continued, they said they were representing a bank whom i talked to also and got nowhere with also. i decided to file a complaint with the attorney general's office and started finally getting results, i got a letter from the bank admitting their mistake and saying they were sorry and would counsel the parties involved...my question is since i had to take that course of action and they didn't want to do anything before i contacted the att'y general am i now allowed to sue for the aggravation it caused me? thanks for your help in advance.
