I have become 6 months delinquent on my credit cards. I have been having communication with them regarding the in-ability to make min. payments as to not having steady employment. I now have been working part time now for 2 weeks for a company I worked for 9 years ago. I did not inform them of re-employment with that company, but the creditors are now calling my place of employment daily leaving me messages to call them. After having dialoge with them on my home phone (contact number on there file)regarding the account that evening and do not commit to some monatary payment at this time, they call the employer following day. There is no way I can pay the minimum amount due now and the interest per month is more than I make in a week now. How can I stop the calls to my employer as to not jeapodize my employent with the company?

You need to send them a "cease and desist" letter. If you tell a collection agency that you have no way of paying the debt and that you are not going to pay the debt they must stop collection calls. They can only contact you to tell you if they are going to sue or not. If you don't want to issue a complete "cease and desist" then tell them in writing that your employer has requested that you not receive calls at work. They are suppose to stop calling your work when that happens.
