I am a new time user and I hope I am doing this correctly, I originally posted wrong, hope this is right!

I have recently moved with no forwarding phone number. I moved in with my parents and somehow creditors have located me their. I never made this number known to them. How can this happen and can they call when I am not even listed as that number. We have different last names.

There are a number of ways they could have found out. And depending on the laws in your state there may or may not be any restrictions on their calls to you. You owe them money, they have a right to try and collect ... frankly, your being back at home could potentially open them up to being targeted by the collections agency or agencies as well (under the right circumstances).

So, what is your legal question?
