Collection Calls

Ok, I have a question.

Can a creditor make harrasing phone calls to the account holder regarding a missed payment before the "whole" month has past? (Thier reasons for doing this all of a sudden I was told is due to all the foreclosures they now have) I have not missed a months payment with this company.

If you are not delinquent, it is probably just a reminder call for you. Just ignore it or ask them to please put you on their "do not call list." Good Luck!
