Collections - Only Income Social Security Disability

Is it possible for a creditor or collection agency to garnish social security disability income? Or to put a lien on a bank account if that is the only income? One creditor is a credit card, the other is a collection agency for an ambulance bill.

No, that stuff normally cannot be garnished, nor can a lien be put on a bank account if that is the account holders only source of income. You'll have to call around to legal aid or an attorney willing to help pro bono to stop the garnishment and lien.
