In discovery I am being asked to provide the collections agenchy by them all the information detail they should prior to taking me to civil cout. Can I reply to their questions with Irrelevent as they need to prove me wrong and not be asking for allthe info from me they should have had prior to going to court to begin with

You can reply with "irrelevant", but it may not be an effective reply. What makes you think the questions are in fact irrelevant? If they have to do with your alleged debt, then they are quite possibly *not* irrelevant. If you don't answer, the creditor might apply for a court order compelling you to answer. The point of discovery is to avoid long and costly litigation. You are obliged to answer relevant questions.
