I have a loan with title max I am really annoyed because my loan is not past due but the company has been calling me and all of my references. They stated they have more than one account with my name on it. Is there anything I can do, does this qaulify for legal charges?

Are they calling at odd hours and being verbally abusive? Just because they call doesn't mean there is a cause for legal action. Have you bothered to go down to tiltle company and clear this up with the manager. Have you asked for a credit report or any other documentation. Obviously something is wrong with your account and you would think that you would want to clear this up as soon as possible.
